Born in Shanghai China and migrated to Australia in 2001. He finished his second degree in University of Newcastle majored in financial accounting and moved to Sydney in 2005. Now he lives in Melbourne and works for an airline as an international jet setter who is also very interested in spending his spare time exercising his acting hobby. Since he joined talent agency Azure Management in late 2011, Eddie participated in many various extra roles in Australian TV series: Neighbours, Offsprings, House Husbands and Winners and Losers. In the latest ABC telemovie The Mystery of a Hansom Cab which is expected to air in 2013 is an adaptation of the 1886 novel of the same name by Fergus Hume. Eddie played “Chinese John” and director Marshall Corsby called him a “scene stealer” with his natural acting in front of cameras. Eddie also featured in 2012 Victorian Tourism commercial package which can be spotted in Asian market for the next a couple of years. Eddie speaks multiple Chinese dialects (Mandarin, Shanghai dialect and Cantonese) besides fluent English. He is very active young man who loves his sports. You see him running, swimming and playing tennis every now and then. He also spent many years playing the violin at a young age.
