Bianca Robertson is a third year Creative arts student, majoring in Screen, Sound and Production at Latrobe University- Bundoora. She has excelled in creative writing- receiving a high distinction. Bianca has an exuberant passion for writing and has produced her own book- “Under the covers” which she hopes to publish one day. She has directed, written and edited her own documentary “With darkness comes light.” Created her own art installation for her final Creative arts core subject exhibition, which she also received a high distinction. She has created her own original short film “The psycho ex stalker” and music video where she wrote and performed her own rap song “Burnt flame.” Bianca thrives in front of the camera as well as working behind the scenes, and has performed in many plays and musicals throughout high school and has done classical ballet since she was 3 up until 13 years old. She has worked on an Aussie mini- series where she was in a mother/daughter scene with her own mother, through bubble gum casting agent. Bianca was selected to play a main role in the Latrobe University short works 2016- “Not too beige” where Bianca played a wild party girl in a two-man show, for 15 minutes in front of an audience of over 100 people. Bianca loves the ocean, travel and discovering new places. She seeks to always create a new adventure in her life as well as form deep connections with people. She is always up for a laugh and isn’t afraid to step out of her comfort zone. She loves to converse and finds sharing and expressing her personal stories in different types of artistic mediums, is where her strength comes alive.
