Laura-Jay is a young actor who is currently studying at the Howard Fine Acting Studio in Melbourne. She has varied experience including radio broadcasting, music (piano, flute, violin and cello), public speaking and some acting and modelling. In primary school Laura-Jay attended the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy. She previously worked as a journalist and also studied English Literature, music and Media at University. Recently, private acting classes through Acting Coaching Sydney have focused heavily on Shakespeare and has participated in several monologue workshops. She studied opera and classical music (theory and some private lessons) having a soprano voice. Being quite athletic Laura-Jay has an interesting skill in unicycle riding - she taught herself whilst living in Japan as a child!
